Banana Ice Cream
Enjoy this for your quick morning meal on the go!
1 scoop protein powder (2 scoops for male)
1/2 banana
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup water
6 ice cubes
Combine and blend all ingredients together to desired shake consistency. Enjoy!
