Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients


2 large mangos, cut into ¼ inch pieces

½ fresh pineapple, cored and chopped into small pieces

½ cup Xagave

1 chopped sweet onion

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

¾ cup fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon fresh lime zest

2 teaspoons toasted cumin seeds

2 garlic cloves, minced or grated

Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste



Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
