K.P. Protein Pancakes

This is a Saturday favorite everyone will love!


1 whole egg and 1 egg white (or 1/2 cup egg beaters)
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c uncooked oatmeal

Grab that handy blender and dump the ingredients in, in this order below (otherwise the mixture will get all chunky).  Put eggs in first, then start the blender.  As it is blending, pour in the cottage cheese, then the banana and spices, last the oatmeal. 

Once this is nicely blended, cook as you would pancakes, in a nonstick pan over medium -low heat.  Serve with 2 tbsp Sugar-free syrup.
